Do you take payment online?+
No. This site is editorial planning with enquire-by-email. You open a mailto to hello@invergordonshoreexcursions.com; nothing is charged at enquiry and no live seats are sold here.
Is Invergordon next to Loch Ness?+
No. Invergordon is a working harbour town on the Cromarty Firth. Loch Ness sits on a drive-out corridor via Inverness. Treat Ness as a long Highlands outing, not a pier-side stroll.
Can I do Loch Ness, Dunrobin, and Culloden in one call?+
Usually not on a short published window. They sit on different road corridors. Pick one primary focus and keep a conservative return-to-ship buffer.
Are prices listed on the website?+
No. Pricing is unpublished here. We discuss arrangements only if you enquire — and we do not invent live availability.
Do you operate the coaches yourselves?+
This site publishes planning guides and enquiry contact (hello@invergordonshoreexcursions.com). We do not claim to operate every ship or third-party coach product mentioned for context.
Where can I see the ship schedule?+
Yes — we publish Port of Cromarty Firth call rows for the verified season years on the ship schedule page. Schedules can change; your cruise line remains the final authority. The planner can use the list or accept a manual date and ship.
What if hours ashore look short?+
Prefer a harbour-near day or a single medium-radius stop (often Dunrobin or Culloden & Clava rather than a full Loch Ness loop). Racing distant icons is how return buffers fail.
How do enquiry references work?+
Each mailto draft includes a reference in the form IG-ENQ-YYYYMMDD-XXXX so you and we can recognise the thread. The form does not store your message on our servers.
